Our goal is to ensure your 100% satisfaction. All sales are final. However, if the order arrives damaged, please contact our office immediately so we can send a replacement order the following week. If we are not notified within 72 hours of the package being delivered that there is a problem, no replacement will be issued. Please reach out to us if you have any concerns.
Shipping And Returns:
Most orders are shipped the next business day, but please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the beginning of the next business week (except for holidays). You will receive an email notification with your tracking information when your order ships. Please contact your local post office if tracking shows your package has been delivered but not received. Deju LLC is not responsible for missing packages via postal service.
